Our products are delivered as instant digital downloads (PDFs and related digital files).

- **No refund after download:** Once a digital file has been downloaded or opened, all sales are final.
- **7-day unopened window:** If you have not downloaded or opened the file, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing us from the address used at checkout.
- **File issues:** If a file is corrupted or inaccessible due to a delivery error on our side, contact us and we will replace the file or refund at our discretion.
- Because of the nature of digital goods, chargebacks after download may be contested.
